1. Participation & Submission

Participation in this award initiative is voluntary. All information submitted must be accurate and truthful to the best of the participant’s knowledge.

2. Story Review & Publication

All submitted stories undergo internal review before publication. Once a story is published on YourBrandJourney, it cannot be removed except under exceptional legal circumstances.

3. Views, Engagement & Selection

Views and community engagement are considered for eligibility, but they do not guarantee selection. Final decisions are made by the YourBrandJourney jury panel.

4. Media Usage & Rights

By participating, you grant permission to use your story, name, images, and event-related visuals across YourBrandJourney’s website, social media platforms, digital magazines, and YouTube channel.

5. Event Photography & Videos

Photos and videos captured during online or offline award events may be used for documentation, promotion, and future references.

6. Fees & Charges (If Applicable)

Certain events may involve registration or optional award-related charges. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated in advance.

7. Platform Integrity

Any attempt to manipulate views, engagement, or provide false information may lead to disqualification.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
